Terms and Conditions

Payment

Elite Catering accepts cash, cheque and BACS transfer.

Any payment made by cheque up to and including 10 working days before the date of the event is subject to a quick clearance charge required by the Bank and payable by the Client.

No payment shall be deemed received until the Elite Catering has received cleared funds.

Ordering

The amount of notice we require will vary according to your event. However, we do always try to respond positively to those last minute orders. We do reserve the right to substitute items with similar alternatives if we are out of stock.

For all menus in the Corporate Platter range, we accept orders up to 3pm on the afternoon of the day before your function.

Cancellation

In the instance that you need to cancel your event, the following conditions will apply:

Cancellation within and including seven days of the event at 25% of the price charged.

Cancellation within and including four days of the event at 50% of the price charged.

Cancellation within and including 24 hours of the event 100% of the price charged.

Dietary requirements and allergens

We cannot guarantee at any stage that any product labelled nut free, gluten free, dairy free, etc. will not contain trace elements. We also cannot guarantee any menu item will be completely free from a particular allergen. The same applies to all products stated vegan or vegetarian are not guaranteed not to contain trace elements.

Public liability

Elite Catering has Public Liability insurance coverage to the value of £5 million.
